Registration Process for Wayne County Sports

If you're looking to enroll in school, you must report to the Office of the School Counselor with a parent or guardian. The Wayne County Health Department has created a registration process for centers or groups in the department's health jurisdiction that wish to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. At this time, there is no guarantee that all groups included in Phase 1A of the Ohio Immunization Program will be able to receive the vaccine from the Wayne County Department of Health. However, if you want to place a geocache in the Wayne County park system, you can fill out the attached form and leave it at the Nankin Mills Interpretation Center.

The geocaching permit is free of charge. Anyone shooting a film or commercial or professional photographers taking photographs in the Wayne County park system must obtain advertising and commercial photography permits. The Wayne County Health Department will contact the center or group to schedule appointment times for its staff, patients, residents, etc. The registration process for Wayne County sports is straightforward and easy to follow. All you need to do is contact the Wayne County Health Department and provide them with your information.

They will then contact you to schedule an appointment for you and your group. Once you have completed the registration process, you will be able to participate in sports activities in Wayne County.
